This tour extends our Sierra de Gredos break, adding a night in Ciudad Rodrigo, which allows us to explore the area of the Sierra de Francia in greater depth, but also allows us to optionally extend the tour to visit the best area of Portugal to riding a motorcycle, the Serra da Estrela.
So we can classify this tour as a mountain tour, since it runs through three mountainous areas, the Sierra de Gredos, the Sierra de Francia, and the Sierra de Guadarrama, and can optionally include the Sierra Da Estrela in Portugal, these four mountains, are the most important in the Iberian Central System and that is why we have given this name to the tour.
You can already imagine that the tour runs mainly through mountain roads, with beautiful landscapes mostly of forests, since the height of the mountains is not excessive, and totally full of curves, with a total of 3,788 curves in the basic 4-day version that can be expanded to 6,223 curves in the 6-day version, more than 1,000 curves per day!
Regarding accommodation, as always, we have paid special attention to finding exceptional hotels and thus we have included in this tour a 16th century castle-palace, a 14th century castle and a hotel within a natural park, in the possible extensions In Portugal, we also have two magnificent hotels; a 19th century spa and an 18th century palace with two amazing gardens.
